• Question: Why did you choose to do happiness and not sadness or angriness?

      I’m interested in wellbeing in general, which is affected by all our emotions. For example, if we feel angry that can affect how we rate our wellbeing. The same is true of sadness. I like to focus on the positive elements of our lives, partly because most health professionals – doctors, clinical psychologists, etc. – focus on when things go wrong
