      hi bump364tea,

There are certainly ‘difficult’ individuals to work with. All I do is to be patience and get to know them. Being reliable is also important. In general, knowing each individual’s personality and work with their pace, so that s/he/it will know that I am not going to hurt them and that they could trust me. I have a parrot that is very ‘stubborn’ but after 1.5 months of spending time with him, understanding his needs and active hours, we work fine with each other since then 🙂 so patience is the key!
